Our Story
35 YEARS AGO...
We met while taking all the same foundation classes in art school. From there, we had many adventures together and two beautiful children who absolutely light up our lives every single day. When it became time to deal with our inevitable empty nest, we searched for a new place our entire family could call home.
NOW, HERE WE ARE
Early in 2023 (on the 34th anniversary of our first date!), we stepped onto the gorgeous twelve acres that make up Wonderhill and fulfilled our dream of returning to Mark's childhood home state of Vermont with the added bonus of running this beautiful tiny B&B.
We look forward to meeting you, welcoming you to our home, and sharing our enthusiasm for everything the area offers.
MARK
Mark loves making things, especially telling stories and creating shared emotional experiences. Having grown up in Vermont, Mark finds Vermont's calm and peaceful vistas as the best kind of inspiration. After many different adventures elsewhere, Mark and Kim are thrilled to have a beautiful space they can share with others. They hope this will be a place for you to rest, relax, and have an emotional experience of your own.
KIM
Kim is also passionate about making all sorts of things. Regardless of the ingredients she uses (food, fabric, metal, or otherwise), her sense of caring and daring mixed with her unique tastes always provides nourishing results. She loves tiny things too, so you can expect to discover tiny treasures and little surprises all across our twelve acres.
